- A: Evaluweb has established the evaluation attributes most common among products in a particular category. Suppliers submit information for their products and services in response to the criteria for each attribute.Back to top

- A: Suppliers update product specifications when new features are added. This happens routinely throughout the year. If a Supplier does not keep the product up to date, Evaluweb will notify the Supplier.Back to top
- Q: Is the product information verified?
- A: Evaluweb staff reviews the submissions from the Suppliers for basic accuracy but we do not independently verify the technical claims. If you feel that that a product contains inaccurate data, please use our Contact Us to let us know.Back to top
- Q: How is this different from reading a product cut-sheet?
- A: Information is displayed on product cut-sheets in various ways and sometimes with obscure terminology. Evaluweb organizes the important data points and structures the comparison tables so that products can be equitably compared.Back to top
- Q: Are all security products included in Evalumatch?
- A: Not all existing products are included in the Evalumatch engine for the various categories. We are working to make the database as inclusive as possible but it will take time to secure participation from all Suppliers. If think a particular product should be included we welcome your input via our Contact Us link.
