The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released guidelines for protecting ventilation systems in commercial and government buildings from chemical, biological and radiological attack. This document identifies actions that a building owner or manager can take to enhance occupant protection from an airborne chemical, biological, or radiological (CBR) attack.
